PBS Intranet Website
To create an intranet site that would be globally known among PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) employees and partners. To divulge the different features and functionalities of the site throughout the company.
After the PBS intranet was put in place, we came up with a series of emails, highlighting its multiple features and functionalities. Each email was set up in a specific color according to the feature it illustrated, so the users would be able to associate them by visual reference, thus improving the understanding of the website. This strategy improved employee visits to the site as well as contributed to incremental communication and collaboration among internal teams.
